This Little Brown Dog 16-year-old Dailuaine 2009 came from a refill bourbon hogshead cask turned out 253 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55.9%, and this particular refill hoggie was an ex-Islay cask, giving this Dailuaine a fascinating and unusual peatiness not normally associated with such a quintessentially Speyside whisky.
