This 16-year-old Dailuaine 2008 was bottled from single cask 131, a Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead cask that yielded 293 bottles at a poky natural cask strength of 54.4%. Dailuaine is one of the classic sherried Speyside whiskies, and this one looks like a good deal at this age.
