An 8-year-old Caol Ila bottled in 2021 by Global Whisky, a Glasgow-based indie bottler, as the second release in their Concept 8 range. Concept 8 references the fact that the number 8 is perceived as lucky and auspicious in many Asian countries.

Concept 8 Caol Ila 8-year-old is a small batch comprising eight American oak hogshead casks that were filled in August 2012 and bottled in 2021 at 40.8%. You can't go wrong with a good young Caol Ila - this should be splendid stuff.
