This 7-year-old Caol Ila 2016 came from single cask 26580, a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that turned out a total of 256 bottles at an exceptionally poky 58.5% natural cask strength. Young sherried Caol Ila casks like this are generally an absolute joy and Adelphi are among the very best for picking them at just the right time.
