This 8-year-old Caol Ila 2015 was bottled from a refill solera sherry hogshead cask that yielded 225 bottles at a hearty natural cask strength of 56.7%. Young sherried Caol Ila is always a delight, and this will be a proper treat for fans of boisterous peat and sherry combos.
