This 13-year-old Caol Ila 2010 was bottled by Adeelphi from single cask 322743, a first fill Oloroso sherry cask that yielded 252 bottles at a hefty natural cask strength of 56.7%. Caol Ila at this sort of age is always a great punt for the classic peat and sherry combo, so we expect this one to be popular.
