This 2008 Caol Ila 15-year-old came from a single Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead bottled at its substantial natural cask strength of 55.4% and is a symphony of fruit cake, brown sugar, salted lemons, dark chocolate and chargrilled bacon. This will be a superstar.
