Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
These 1990 Rosebanks are very typical of that great lost Lowland distillate. Spicy and oily with big notes of fruit syrups, coal dust and natural cereal notes. Very beautiful whisky that highlights only too clearly how the idea of Lowland whiskies as all being 'light and grassy aperitifs', is a purely modern, marketing led invention.
