A 23-year-old Port Dundas single grain whisky from the 2000 vintage, bottled without colouring or chill filtration in 2023 as a UK Exclusive by James Eadie for their Single Cask series.
This James Eadie Port Dundas 2000 23-year-old spent the last 16 months of its maturation in a refill Amontillado sherry hogshead, which yielded 177 bottles at a tantalising natural cask strength of 49.9%. Long-aged sherry-finished grain whisky is always a delicious treat and this should be a belter.
