Single Cask Fijian Rum
Bottled By: Berry Brothers & Rudd 70cl / 64.6%
A very special 12-year-old Fijian Rum made at the island's only remaining distillery, South Pacific, in 2010 and bottled in 2022 by our luxuriously-trousered pals at Berry Bros & Rudd.
This 2010 Fiji Rum 12-year-old was bottled from a single cask that yielded 268 bottles at an extraordinarily potent 64.6% and is, unsurprisingly, an absolute monster of a rum, with an array of sweet tropical fruit, oily funk and enormous physical presence on the palate. Another triumph from BBR.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Whack. This Fijian rum leaps out of the glass from metres away; an incredible hybrid of Jamaicanstyle tropical funk and agricole-like synthetic fruit rampages across the olfactory senses, leaving one astounded and wanting more.
Palate: The palate offers linseed oil, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, engine oil, beeswax and paraffin, all with a backbone of cream-soda-like vanilla.
This is an immense rum - be sure to warm up before approaching it.
