Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 51.5%
This 21-year-old bottling from Douglas Laing is what single cask Ardmore is all about. This is a fabulously fruity and smoky dram and one that has an unforgettable long finish, a winner in our eyes
This Ardmore was distilled in November 1997 and matured in a single refill hogshead DL12984 for 21 years before being bottled by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular Series in November 2018. It was bottled unchill-filtered at an abv of 51.5% with a yield of just 295 bottles.
The Old Particular Series shows off hand-selected single cask bottlings from all over Scotland the way the distiller intended - no additional colouring, no chill-filtration and at a high ABV.
