A single cask Inchgower 2007 13-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2021 by indie stars Adelphi without colouring or chill filtration. Cask #800651 was a first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and, as we all know, Inchgower's structured, muscular spirit generally goes very well with strong sherry, so this should be a star.
Quite a colour for just 13 years old, this 2007 Inchgower looks like it's going to be a flavour bomb and the natural cask strength of 58.7% elevates this to sherry monster status. Secure your socks if you don't want them blown off.
