This 18-year-old Speyside (M) 2007 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask #19, a first fill sherry butt cask that turned out a total of 506 bottles at a mighty natural cask strength of 58.6%. Official full strength 18-year-old sherry cask whiskies from this Edrington distillery cost a pretty penny, but these Signatory bottlings are fantastic value.
