Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 47.2%
Bottled at 47.2% without chill filtration, Glen Moray 18-year-old is one of the stars of the distillery's Elgin Heritage series of age statement releases.
Glen Moray 18-year-old Elgin Heritage is matured exclusively in first fill ex-bourbon American oak casks to produce a deep, complex melange of sweet honey, vanilla and oak spice flavours with a pleasing extra oomph from the higher strength. A good after-dinner Speyside whisky, and very reasonably priced for its age.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Antique Gold.
Nose: Toasted oak with deep notes of treacle toffee and caramelised autumn fruits.
Taste: Baked spiced apple and vanilla smoked raisins. Rich, smooth and utterly satisfying.
Finish: The sweetness and spice fade naturally leaving a light cloud of smoke And toasted oak. A finish that is elegant and wonderfully long.
