This peated 2009 Benriach 12-year-old's port cask yielded an impressive 753 bottles at its full cask strength of 59.7%. The marriage of port and peat doesn't always go smoothly but with Rachel Barrie calling the shots this will be a great cask.

Colour: Antique copper.
Nose: Elegant smoke interwoven with red cherry and berry fruits, dusted with cocoa and ground coffee.
Palate: Black cherry and date oil with velvety espresso and dark chocolate ganache..
