Another mysterious Undisclosed Speyside single cask whisky from Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This Undisclosed Speyside came from Cask #31, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, and as with all bottlings for the cask strength collection it has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration. This particular Speyside "M" was bottled at 58.4% with an outturn of 693 bottles.
