Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 52.7%
A single cask Undisclosed Orkney 2003 22-year-old Island single malt whisky released by indie bottlers Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyers series in 2025.
This 22-year-old Undisclosed Orkney 2003 came from single cask 5748 and was finished in a hogshead cask that had perviously held the fortified sweet wine Marsala, before being bottled without colouring or chill filtration with an outturn of 287 bottles at a tantialising natural cask strength of 52.7%. These mystery Highland Parks have been a revelation since they first started appearing a few years ago - long may it continue.
