A 2014 bottling of Blanton's Special Reserve Single Barrel Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Blanton's Single Barrel 112 was selected from the best casks in Buffalo Trace distillery's warehouses and hand bottled back in 2014 at 80 US proof, equivalent to 40% abv.
Blanton's is a historic brand first introduced in the 1980s and was the first modern-day premium single barrel bourbon. If you've never tried a Blanton's bourbon before, Blanton's Special Reserve is the ideal place to start before moving on to the higher strength iterations like Blanton's Gold, Original or Straight From The Barrel.

It’s a good flavour similar to the secret appetite (M) but with even more flavour. You have to add a bit of water to get it to 50% and the flavour is released in full.
