Bottled at 46% ABV, this expression comes from an era when Springbank production remained relatively small and traditional, with every stage of production still carried out on-site at J. & A. Mitchell's historic distillery.

These 1990s editions have earned an outstanding reputation for their complexity and old-school character. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, they offer the hallmark Springbank style of rich orchard fruits, dried fruit sweetness, maritime salinity all balanced by over two decades of maturation.

These bottles really helped bring Springbank to a wider audience of whisky fans at the time and have always been extremely popular with both drinkers and collectors.
