This 12-year-old Secret Islay was bottled from a single red wine hogshead cask, likely a finish rather than full term maturation, though North Star aren't specific on that detail, and was an edition of 283 bottles at its natural cask strength of 53%. A must for Islay whisky fans with a penchant for wine finishes.
