This Glen Grant 1957 53-year-old is from a single first fill sherry cask number 3485, and we're guessing it might have been a fino sherry butt as the whisky is quite light, hinting that the exotic fruit qualities of the distillate are taking centre stage here. An utterly luxurious and truly sublime old whisky, a rare and wonderful pleasure to drink.
