This 27-year-old Girvan 1997 was bottled from single cask 804141, a tawny port hogshead which we're going to assume was a finish rather than a full term maturation, and turned out a total of 319 bottles at a very hearty 55.6%. A treat for long-aged single grain whisky fans partial to a wine finish.
