A small batch Edradour 2012 12-year-old Cask Strength sherried Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2025 as Batch 6 of Edradour 12-year-old Cask Strength. As with all Signatory's whiskies, this heavily-sherried Edradour 2012 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
This small batch 12-year-old Edradour 2012 Cask Strength matured in a small batch of eight first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled at its massive natural cask strength of 59.5%. Edradour really gets going around this sort of age and at full strength this one will be packed with Edradour's quirky Highland character enhanced by the Oloroso.
