An old bottle of single cask Dalwhinnie 2008 13-year-old Highland single malt whisky released in 2021 by Glasgow indie bottlers North Star Spirits. This 2008 Dalwhinnie was bottled at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration.
This rare indie Dalwhinnie 2008 has been bottled as a 13-year-old from a hogshead cask that yielded 235 bottles at 52%. Independently bottled Dalwhinne is rare as hen's teeth and these NSS editions sold very quickly at the time.

Palate: Tart but extra sweet lemon drizzle and hot buttered croissants.
Finish: Wee hints of brine with a long oaty biscuit finish.
