An old litre bottle of Auchentoshan 12-year-old bottled at 43% in the early 2000s. Auchentoshan 12-year-old was most common in travel retail or export markets; this bottle has had its tax strip removed, but that won't stop it being a delightful easy-drinking dram with a mediumweight but very tasty, soft meadowy, biscuity palate.
Please note paper taxstrip has been removed leaving residue on seal foil. This will not affect the whisky in any way.
The product price on margin items include VAT which must not be shown separately or reclaimed as input tax. Input tax has not been and will not be claimed in respect of the margin goods sold.

Richly sherried and fruit driven and all the better for knowing that all proceeds will go the very worthwhile cause of Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance.
I bought this as a present then did the tour with my brother at Lindores Abbey distillery in Newburgh Fife. The bottle i bought from Whisky-online was cheaper than at Lindores ,very happy again and a very quick delivery.
