This 32-year-old Mortlach 1991 came from a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt cask 4241 that yielded a generous 580 bottles at its impressively robust natural cask strength of 54.1%. Signatory are the only company that can go toe-to-toe with Gordon & MacPhail for Mortlachs at this age - we'll eat our metaphorical hats if this is anything other than absolutely delicious.
