This 2007 Caol Ila 15-year-old was bottled from a single hogshead cask that yielded 268 bottles at 57.2% (equivalent to the old imperial 100 proof). The ever consistent Caol Ila's spirit seems to have been getting even better in the last decade or two, so this Apothecary's Notebook 15-year-old Wemyss bottling really looks like a must-have for Islay fans.
