Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 51.5%
Douglas Laing serve us up another treat! This time it's a well-matured Highland Park 21-year-old from the 1999 vintage, fully matured in a refill barrel DL14573 before bottling in 2020 at 51.5% for the Old Particular range.
Indie Highland Park isn't especially rare, but it's quite unusual to see one at this age, so we're pretty excited by this one, especially from a refill barrel at a great drinking strength like 51.5%. This should be excellent.
