Blended Whisky 70cl / 40%
Sasanokawa Shuzo is a centuries old sake and shochu producer who began distillation in 1946 and are known more recently for having helped Ichiro Akuto save the remaining casks of Hanyu when the distillery closed in 2000.
Yamazakura is a blended whisky from Sasanokawa Shuzo, and as it is labelled as Product of Japan rather than Japanese whisky it's pretty safe to assume that this will have a significant proportion of non-Japanese whisky in the blend.
