Description
Single Malt Japanese Whisky Distillery Bottling 70cl / 50.5%
A small batch Chichibu 10-year-old Japanese single malt whisky released by the distillery in 2025. This is only the second batch of Chichibu 10-year-old after a previous release, known as The First Ten, which appeared in 2020.
Chichibu famously has a tiny capacity, with the distillery’s teeny onion-shaped stills only capable of producing around 60,000 litres per annum, so even these small batches represent a significant amount of the distillery’s maturing stock, especially at this age. This Chichibu 10-year-old is an edition of 4956 bottles at the distillery’s preferred strength of 50.5%.
