An old bottle of GlenGalwan Special Old Reserve, a single malt whisky from an unidentified Highland distillery bottled in the 1990s by Inver House Distillers, who owned or bought Speyburn, Balblair, Balmenach, Old Pulteney and Knockdhu (aka AnCnoc) in that decade, any of which could theoretically be classed as Highland malts.
We don't know which distillery this GlenGalwan single malt was made at - it may well be none of the above - but Inver House aren't in the habit of bottling bad whisky so we'd expect this Glen Galwan to be good clean stuff.
