One of two 1962 vintage Macallan 25-year-old Anniversary Malts that were bottled for this famous series. This one was bottled in 1987, while the other variant was bottled in 1988.

These Macallan Anniversary Malts are foundational to the reputation the distillery holds today. Their exceptional quality is a result of the traditional old sherry casks used for maturation—casks that were genuinely used for maturing and transporting sherry, rather than the seasoned sherry casks often used in modern production.
