The Infrequent Flyers Series is the brainchild of Alistair Walker and concentrates on some of the lesser-known distilleries in Scotland.
After spending almost 20 years in the whisky industry working at various distilleries and more recently working alongside his father, Billy, at the Benriach Distillery group he has gone it alone and produced this fantastic range including this undisclosed 20-year-old Orkney single malt.
