Matured in a single refill hogshead, this Speyside whisky was bottled at 48.4% without colouring or chill filtration, with 342 bottles produced.

This limited release was specially selected to commemorate the 140th anniversary of Gall & Gall, the Dutch drinks retailer, as part of its Jubilee Collection.

Founded in 1891, Strathmill is situated in Keith, Speyside, and is known for producing a light, fruity and gently malty style of whisky. Much of the distillery's production is destined for blended Scotch, particularly J&B, making independently bottled single casks an opportunity to explore its individual character. The refill hogshead maturation should allow Strathmill's delicate fruit and cereal notes to remain prominent, alongside subtle oak influences.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers. However, only one or two bottles of each product were included in the parcel - so when they’re gone they’re gone!
