Macallan Inspired by Intense Arabica was released at the end of 2022 as the second annual release in the distillery's Harmony Collection of limited editions, following on from 2021's Rich Cacao.
As the name suggests, Macallan Harmony Intense Arabica is inspired by, and designed to pair with, the Ethiopian Arabica coffee bean, believed to have been the first cultivated variety of coffee bean, and comes in packaging made with discarded coffee bean husks. Bottled at 44%, Macallan Harmony Intense Arabica has flavours of espresso and dark chocolate that should perfectly complement a good cup of coffee, preferably with a nice biscotti on the side.
