As with other releases in the Provenance range, it was bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDouglas Laing's tasting notes describe the nose as aromatic, clean and crisp, with a cereal character and late citrus. The palate brings vanilla toffee alongside gingery and peppery spices and barley, leading to a long, sugary-sweet finish with gently changing spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLinkwood is known for a relatively light and elegant style of spirit, with production traditionally handled with particular care to minimise disturbance during fermentation and distillation.
