The distillery is known for its tall stills, which help produce a relatively light and fruity spirit. Independently bottled single casks offer an opportunity to explore Jura's character beyond its regular releases.

Douglas Laing's tasting notes from the label suggest an attractively spiced nose with warming orange pith and a distinctly gristy quality. The palate carries early barley sugar, plum and lightly burnt toast, spreading into piquant marmalade. The finish brings notes of peat drifts alongside honey, vanilla fudge and a crushed cereal-based confection.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers. However, only one or two bottles of each product were included in the parcel - so when they’re gone they’re gone!
