Just 84 bottles were produced, without chill filtration or added colouring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDouglas Laing's tasting notes describe gentle spice leading to freshly baked buttery biscuits and candied lemon peel on the nose. The palate is thick, creamy and moreish with baking spice, barley and gently charred oak, followed by a long finish with brown sugar and honeycomb.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInchgower's coastal location at Buckie, close to the Moray Firth, places it somewhat apart from the heartland of Speyside.
