As with other releases in the Provenance series, it was bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDouglas Laing's Provenance range focuses on single cask and small batch bottlings from distilleries across Scotland, generally bottled at 46% ABV and presented with details of their distillation, maturation and bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInchgower was established near Buckie in 1871, replacing the earlier Tochineal distillery after its owners were faced with a substantial increase in rent. The distillery was acquired by the town of Buckie in the 1930s before being sold to Arthur Bell \u0026amp; Sons, and much of its production has subsequently been destined for blended Scotch whisky.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eDouglas Laing’s Tasting Notes: Fresh green apples and pears with hints of orange peel and lightly sugared cereal.
