No, we auction all types of spirits, including Whisky, Cognac, Armagnac, Rum, Port, Champagne, Vodka & Gin. 

You have several options to get your items to us.

Courier collection (UK only)
We’ve made booking in your collection as easy as possible. Simply fill in our form and a member of our team will organise this for you. You will have to select a day when someone will be in all day to hand over your parcel. We will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its status.

Collections for all consignments that we value over £250. Free collections are subject to our lower estimate value. Whether this is a single item or a number of items that equal this amount or more.

Otherwise, the cost for this service is £12.00 for one parcel up to 15kg. Additional parcels will be charged approximately 50p per 1kg.

Free personal home collection
We offer free personal home collections for larger collections. These are conducted by our directors and whisky specialists Wayne & Harrison Ormerod. Each month they travel up and down the UK offering this service. So if you have a larger collection, please get in touch. auctions@whisky-online.com

Overseas Sellers
If you are not a UK based seller, you will have to prepare the shipping and source a courier at your end. Our customers generally use DHL, UPS. Our address is below.

VAT is payable by the seller on all services provided by the auctioneer only and not the hammer price.

Yes reserves can be set for an additional £5 +VAT. Please discuss this with our auctioneer before the auction starts.

Payment is made within 14 working days of the auction close. All payments are made by Bank Transfer only.

Yes we highlighly recommend watching the auction. Once you have consigned your items we will create you an account on our website and send you over the details.

If any of your items go unsold, we will list them in our following auction for no extra charge unless a reserve is set.
