This Symington's Choice 25-year-old Glenlivet 1998 came from single cask 128819, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded an impressive 515 bottles at its natural cask strength of 53.1%, which seems like an ideal drinking strength. Indie Glenlivets are still pretty rare, so this long-aged full strength sherried cask is a dream for Speyside fans.
