Tasting Notes
Colour: Autumnal auburn.
Nose: Ribena-esque. Very aromatic and fruity. Stone fruits, especially apricots, with a little toffee.
Taste: Incredibly vibrant and fruity - bursting with flavour. Nectarines, apricots and plums. Red grapes and cranberries. A touch of spice and a little dark chocolate too. Superb influence from the Ruby Port cask.
Finish: Sweet, fruity and slightly peppery.
