Staoisha is one of the names given to Bunnahabhain's peated spirit, a veritable feast of smoked kipper and singed cereals which now makes up around a third of the distillery's considerable production capacity. This 7-year-old Staoisha 2014 looks a treat for value-conscious Islay fans.
