Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish was one of the original classic Glenmorangie finishes that popularised the cask finishing trend in the 1990s. This iteration of Glenmorangie Sherry Wood is known as the 'stripe label' presentation, which came out in the very early 2000s.
Originally introduced in the mid 1990s as part of a trio along with the Madeira and Port Wood finishes, Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish was the most traditional and accessible of the original Wood Finish range and was hugely popular with malt fans until it was discontinued in 2007 and replaced by Glenmorangie Lasanta.
