This S20-year-old Bunnahabhain 2004 came from single cask 800190, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 510 bottles at a hair-raisingly potent 61.2%, so this will likely be rather less gentle than standard Bunnas and will probably reward a drop of water and a little patience while it opens up.

I know I bought a cask strength whisky but was expecting a nice taste but the strength overpowered the flavor, I found it harsh, but I am not a whiskey conasur. I also bought the secret Orkney signatory cask strength and that was very nice.
