Tasting Notes
Nose: Distinctly maritime and oceanic with puffs of smoked meat and new leather.
Palate: Fulsome with fried pancetta, sweet peat and smoked barley.
Finish: Medium-long with seaweed, dark chocolate gingers, rock salt and blueberries.
