Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 48.4%
A 12-year-old Fettercairn 2010 bottled in 2022 by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular range without colouring or chill filtration.
This 2010 Fettercairn 12-year-old came from a single refill hogshead cask DL16272 that yielded a total of 362 bottles at the Old Particular preferred strength of 48.4% (not a million miles from 85 proof in the old Imperial system). Fettercairn is a distillery on the up at the moment, and it's great to have a natural refill cask at a good drinking strength like this.
