Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 48.4%
They're an ebullient bunch up at Douglas Laing, and it's a testament to their good temperament that they've come up with this Cheers to Better Days series for their Old Particular range in 2021.
This Caol Ila 10-year-old has been bottled from a single refill hogshead of the 2011 vintage, yielding 367 bottles at the company's preferred strength of 48.4%. A timely reminder to us all to keep our chins up with a toast to better days ahead.
