Oak Cross Malt Scotch Whisky

50% Clyneleish (distinctively fruity), 30% Dailuaine for meaty maltiness and 20% Teaninich for sweeter, perfumed notes. After blending half goes into first fill bourbon and half goes into casks comprising American oak staves and toasted French Oak heads.

Whisky Notes: A soft palate, with flavour notes of clove and vanilla, accenting a sweet matiness and subtle fruit charcter.

Flavour Description: Notes of cloves spice and vanilla account a sweet maltiness and subtle fruit character.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Warm oats with honey and syrup, hot coffee, orange, peach, vanilla, ginger and cloves. Truly enticing!

Palate: Subtle fruit, sweet malt and citrus and plenty of spice.

Finish: Toasty oak, sweet and spicy.
