Product Description
Tasting Notes
Lightly spiced, fresh and interestingly fruity on the nose. It warms to aniseed, macerated fruit plus a dry gristiness and oak.
On the Palate: Detect an immediate oaky dryness plus a coating of butter, then camphor and rosehips with more malt now apparent. All leading to a finish which is an amalgham of those big spicy smoky and fruity characteristics. Interestingly finished in a bourgogne organic pinot noir "La cadette" cask it is lightly spiced (F)
